Privacy Policy

Voliature ("Detox30", "we") collects only what Detox30 needs to run your pledge. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it for marketing. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect, and why

| "About you" answers (optional) | What you do, study or work in, and your interests, so the coach and pause suggestions fit you. |
| Your pledge | The amount, daily limit, the apps you pledged, and dates. |
| Daily usage totals | The combined minutes your pledged apps were used each day. This is what decides each day. Hour-by-hour and per-app detail stays on your phone. |
| Payment records | Amount, status and Razorpay's payment reference, to confirm, refund or donate your pledge. We never receive your card number, bank login or UPI PIN. |
| Support messages | What you write to us, so we can help. |
What stays on your phone
To suggest apps to pledge, Detox30 reads the list of apps installed on your phone and how much you used them this week. That list stays on your phone; only the apps you choose to pledge are sent to us. Detox30 never reads your messages, photos, contacts, or what you do inside other apps.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, our payment partner, to take and refund payments.
- Meta (WhatsApp) or an SMS provider, only your mobile number and the sign-in code, to deliver that code.
- Our hosting provider, which runs our servers.
- Authorities, only when Indian law requires it.
Each of these handles data only for the purpose above.
How we protect it
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Mobile numbers are encrypted at rest, sign-in codes are never stored in readable form, and access to our servers is restricted to the people who run Detox30.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we erase your number, name, birth year and "About you" answers. Payment and donation records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, without your name or number attached.
Your rights
- Access and correction: see and edit your details in the app, or ask us for a copy.
- Deletion: delete your account in the app (Me → Delete my account) once no pledge is in progress.
- Grievances: write to our grievance officer (below). We acknowledge within 48 hours.
Children
Detox30 is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before the change affects you.
