Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Detox30 is a digital service delivered entirely through the Detox30 Android app. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

• Your pledge starts immediately once your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds, and you see it in the app straight away.
• If your payment went through but your pledge hasn't started within 30 minutes, write to us (see Contact) and we will sort it out or refund you in full.
• Refunds for completed pledges are covered in the refund policy.
